Small cozy hostel with the best breakfast in Chile! (Fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bread, tea, coffee, juice). Very helpful and friendly staff. Just 20min walk from all the attraction of the city centre but lits of restaurants and pubs nearby. No A/C so room was stuffy and warm and shower in bathroom went cold after a few minutes but otherwise a fantastic stay.

Best bed, pillow and breakfast ever in a hostel! Ignore the breakfast comment from a previous person, really nonsense! Also the comment about the noisy wooden floor is in my opinion a bit overdone. Yes, it does make a sound, but not that much you cant sleep. Otherwise, use earplugs! Not too big hostel, 20 beds, which I really like. Relaxed atmosphere! Will go back for sure when I get back in Santiago. Thanks guys for the great stay!

Very chill hostel located in barrio Brazil, 20 minutes walk from downtown. Supermarket and metro stations nearby. Good vibe in there but not a party hostel. Only downside would be the breakfast which was a bit light.

My dear french people: I understand you just flew in to Chile from Europe, and I can tell you we got the best breakfast in town, Breakfast is served at the table, staff make it for customers as follow: Brewing coffee, tea, fresh squeezed seasonal fruit, toast bread/ scramble eggs, fresh fruit salad and Nutella/jam. I´d like to see if you keep same opinion of our breakfast when you finnish your travel in Southamerica. =)

It's the best hostel I've been. Great breakfast, excellent wifi, the more confotable beds and pillows, everything is so clean, they have the best stuff that any hostel can have, those guys are awsome and it's not a big hostel so u will be like in a family atmosphere. It's near to the most common parks and to the subway so u can do what u want. I love that hostel. It's the best hostel in southamerica

Don Santiago is a big home that feels welcoming at any time. The staff are great, the beds are some of the most comfortable I've had, and the communal areas encourage interaction with fellow travelers. A delicious breakfast is also included every morning. The wifi sometimes had issues, but the staff were always onto it and most of the time it worked fine. Could also do with more bathrooms, but that's hard to do in an existing building. Had a great stay and would definitely recommend.

The breakfast is amazing, healthy, and filling, I feel like being in a family. The size of the hostel is perfect for meeting people and seeing familiar faces if you're looking for making friends here. No crazy parties or people! The location is walking distance from metro stations, very peaceful park, and the Museo de Memoria! My favorite spot of this hostel is the little outdoor patio in the back of the building. You'll enjoy staying here :-)

It is a small house town Hostel, Staff was super friendly, however my stay was tainted by the fact that I did found this hostel noisy, noises travels very easily from street, people chatting in the living room late at night or in the backyard.

Dear customer, I´m sorry but we advertise a youth hostel. Currently is summer time in Santiago, and people tends have a cold beer in the patio, and, subsequently, socialize We are not a party hostel though. Curfew starts at 1:00. Then people can choose between going out to parties, bars close by or go to bed. Unless, of course everyone gets involved in the party, like the day you stayed and locked down in your room. =/

Hostel has easy access from Metro station, about three blocks walking distance. Buses from airport (Centro puerto) also stop about 10 mins away from hostel. Beds were very comfortable. Linen looked new and smelt great. Enough space for luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful. Awesome healthy breakfast of fruit, fresh fruit juice, bread, and omelette. Showers/ bath tubs can be cleaner. Creeky stairs and second floor which can be annoying for people who are sleeping.

Pato and staff are amazing. Very friendly and welcoming. They have recommendations (good ones!) for whatever you're looking to do, and they organize day trips occasionally too. Excellent breakfast! Good community vibe. Love the nights on the back patio. When my friend hurt her back, Pato took her to the hospital, and Rodrigo and others helped take care of her when she was released. They went above and beyond (even bringing my friend breakfast in her room!), and we really appreciate it. Thank you!

The hostel has a lively atmosphere and the hosts, Alberto & others are really helpful. The dorms were clean & tidy. It's very easy to meet fellow travelers and it helped a lot to get information to plan my journey ahead. Thanks a lot for the excellent stay!

Thank you guys for that friendly and warming welcome. we followed a friends recommendation for this one. def worth it. people are friendly and relaxed, rooms are clean. you get good advice on where to get some tasty food. only downside, the rooms don´t have a window to the outside of the builidings and the air gets pretty heavy during the nights.

Really great hostel. One of the best that I have stayed at. The location is good with lots of restaurants nearby. The tours are great too - I would highly recommend the tour hike to the glacier that they offer. This is much cheaper through the hostel than it would otherwise be. The breakfast is incredible. Eggs, fruit, bread, tea, coffee! A great way to start the day. All of the staff here are really nice too. They all are friendly and seem to enjoy their jobs.
