This is an ideal base from which to tour donegal county ,walk on the highest sea cliffs in europe (600m), visit Glenveigh National Park to see the eagles or red deer ,hill walking , fishing ,shopping or just relax and enjoy donegals fine local restaurants or bars.

A commanding view of Donegal, and with easy access to a simple walk into town across the bay, the hostel has very friendly owners, the facilities I wanted (no oven, so work round that, but plenty of hob space) and a comfortable quiet night's sleep too. Rooms are decorated differently-mine with a night time mural across the roof. Fab.
