Delicious breakfast and friendly staff. W definitely come back. Rooms in new building are comfortable, clean and warm. The old building needs some upgrade.

We had a lovely stay at Doolin Hostel. The staff were very helpful and gave us great tips for walks which we may have otherwise missed. They were extremely accommodating and made us feel at home. It has been many years since we were hostelling but all agreed that following this experience we would do it again and recommend Doolin Hostel to our families and friends.

Our room was spotless and very plush. It felt like a hotel room, but at hostel prices. Tea, coffee, milk, and cereal were provided free in the large kitchen/dining area.

great location. a group of us came to cycle and enjoy Doolin. Single/double/treble rooms are excellent with in suite. hostel is 5 minutes walk from O'Connor's pub. owner/manager really interested & proud of his place - gave good advice for our cycle. they also have a facilities to store bikes. continental breakfast good value for a €5.00

We stayed in Doolin hostel (2adults,2kids) for 2 nights. We weren't expecting the the fantastic service that we received. Breakfast was perfect, great coffee and home made breads and scones added to our experience. Not to mention hot chocolate for us with a drop of baileys in the adults. Anthony gave us great advice on where to go during our visit. Thank you we will be back soon. Shane and family.

It is obvious the thought & time that has been taken to establish this hostel. Roomy, comfy accommodation. Great breakfast ie fresh coffee & home baked bread & scones

I had a lot of fun at the hostel. It's ideally located for hiking to the cliffs, and the owner knows all of the best paths and sights and pubs. He was very friendly and generous, and let me borrow a coat since I had mine stolen earlier in my trip. Bus Éireann also stops exactly in front of the hostel, which could not be more convenient. Overall I had a wonderful time. It was the only place on my trip that I regretted not staying for longer. Thanks for a great time!

Doolin Hostel is a beautifully homey hostel in a small town. That said, it is not really the big party hostel you get in cities like Dublin and Galway. I thoroughly was impressed by the sincerity and kindness the owners brought to their work--you can really tell this is what they love to be doing. The 5 euro breakfast in the morning is to die for and having a pub two minutes away isn't bad either. The beds are incredibly comfortable compared to most hostels. I would easily come back!

Excellent stay! Anthony is a super-nice/helpful host. Raised in the business and it shows. Far better and more affordable than any US hostel I've been in. Thanks, man!
