There was a man in our dorm room asleep when we arrived at 6pm. He only left the room to hock loogies in the bathroom &/or to smoke cigarettes in the bathroom, and was still asleep at 9:30 am when we left. So we basically couldn't turn the light on or talk in a voice louder than a whisper the entire time we were there.
