Felt like a very homely hostel, loved the non-bunk-beds. My room and the kitchen/balcony were very light and sunny. The garden was lovely and flowery. Good location for walking to the Botanical Gardens, and easy access to the bus to and from the airport-city. Could have been improved with security lockers for valuables in the rooms.

Friendly staff with good information to get around. Overall hostel is clean. nice lounge room and very nice kitchen. As the building has some history so opening the doors of the dorm sounds a bit noisy but overall its good.

Nice place, close to the city, very clean. The hostel is very quiet but it is also easy to meet people on the nice terrace

It's like staying in your mate's spare room for the night. A chilled out friendly vibe. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hostel - comfy, friendly staff, common room with big telly and pool, fab kitchen, walking distance to town and short bus ride (#29) to airport. Couldn't get hot water in my shower, but apparently the others worked, so no complaints really. Would definitely go back!

We arrived late and only spend one night. Nice and quiet place.

Everything was really good!

We didnt meet the staff as arrived 7.30pm and left at 6 30an - found these reception hours unusually short but didnt have any problems. Loved the rest of the hostel inc kitchen and garden in particular.

A little out of town and away from the bus, but otherwise very pleasant. Nice kitchen and lounge area and free wifi! Plus no bunk beds :)

We stayed in the back house, which was quite old. The staff weren't friendly and the WiFi didn't work. Toilets was clean and the kitchen was alright.

I loved it! The beds were so comfortable and it was awesome they weren't bunk beds. The location was cool because it was within walking distance to the botanical garden, the park, and the re-start mall. When I called in to the hostel to tell them we weren't going to be able to be there by the time the reception desk closed, she was so nice on the phone and was very helpful. However, the chick working in the morning was horrible. She wasn't friendly at all; she barged into our room. Wifi sucked.

Awesome Hostel. Well recommended .

Hostel is good. But I didn't feel good. Very bad atmosphere, backpackers were no warmfull, even staff, was not warmful and smiling.

Great hostel. Felt very much like a little home. It was very empty when I was there so it was SO quiet. Reception was very nice and helpful. Right near a park.
