Definitely recommend Dos Lunas, especially if you have an early morning flight back home. Right next to the airport in a safe location (police station next door). Hank (from Holland originally) and his wife were very gracious and had a real service-orientation (proactively offered to go online to confirm my flight since I didn't travel with a tablet). And also they set up a driver to come in the morning to drive me and the other guests to the airport (for free...don't forget to tip though!).

Best owners ever. Go out of the way to make your stay wonderful. Safe location and right next to the airport. Perfect for a night before or after a flight. Just wish there were local restaurants in good walking distance, but everything else out-weighs that!

I loved being picked up in a 1974 Volkswagon bus! Our accomodations were just right for our length of stay. It is very close to the airport so convenient, however the airplanes are loud! Henk and Lorena are wonderfully friendly and laid-back which made for a great introduction to Guatemala. Breakfast was good and ample, but only instant coffee available until breakfast so earlier risers will either have to be patient or have instant coffee. Hot water is unpredictably available. Great place!
