Very accommodating and arrived to pick us up at the time arranged. The guest house is in a safe residential area only a 15-20minute walk to the centre. Kitchen is the family\'s but if you fit round them there\'s not a problem. Breakfast was varied from scrambled eggs on toast to tasty pancakes, tea or coffee. You don\'t get a key to the room, but if you\'re going out, you can lock it and they\'ll open it for you when you get back. Front gates to the house are locked at all times so no security probs.

Pro's: A friendly family runs the hostel. They are nice. Con's: Run down hostel that is not clean. The cost is high given the the facility. You can find a nicer place for a significant less with good friendly service. The owner dropped us off at the bus stop and left us in the hands of a friend. Well the friend robbed us.

Owner Comment (Show)
I left him in the front door of the bus station, opposite the window to purchase tickets, and I have not made any friends, do things personally, if you along the way gave the suitcase to someone was his decision, is responsible, because they called us? In the bus station moves people from transport companies, finding clients and help with luggage, if you gave the bags to any person, is your problem, if you had called me, had gone to the police. We started to bring our guests, from 3:30 am to the bus station, and 7 years are the first to be stolen. this happened to you on Wednesdays Easter, two million people visited the bus station this week, and the thieves did not want to stay home. In this city we have the bus terminal, most secure of Central America.

We had an excellent stay at this hostel - the owner picked us up from the bus terminal (they responded quickly to our email regarding pick ups) and dropped us back off there at 4.30am, making sure we knew which bus to take (included in the price). The family were very friendly, welcoming and we felt very at home in the hostel, which felt very secure and was in a quiet neighbourhood. We had wifi in our room, comfortable beds and it was very clean - we would definitely recommend this hostel.

It is a descent place to stay over night in san pedro sula. The family is helpful with transportation to bus and airport. Plenty of food places around within walking distance (that the hostel owners claimed is safe to walk). Internet works fine and the simple rooms seems clean enough and you get some breakfast.

pricing is very reasonable - no frills, basic safe accommodation, very comfortable bed, there was TV and wifi, and breakfast was good. It is run by a family, very friendly-- dont expect luxury-- if that is what you want then walk a few blocks to the mall area and stay with one of the expensive multinational chains.
