Booked because it was cheap so we got what we were expecting. That said, I've stayed in 10+ hostels and this has to be the worst of them. There is essentially one shower per floor (and there was at least 20 on my floor) unless you want to share your stall. There was only one powerpoint in a room for 12. I know that the staff tried to clean regularly, but the bathrooms were always dirty and smelt awful. Wouldn't recommend The good parts was the closeness to the station, good wifi and decent beds.

Great stay in general. Location is great. We walked everywhere and rented bikes (2pounds) a day per person if you do it right and can switch at diff stations throughout city. Bar was good and kitchen was good enough. I'm 22 and for my needs it was perfect. Don't listen to the ppl who complain about tiny little details...no hostel is perfect.

Dude at the breakfast place was unfriendly, we just wanted to sit in the bar to wait for a friend and he was like breakfast is over you cant sit here when theres another 10 people sitting in the bar chatting. My mushroom paté by the windowsill got taken away/stolen. Cold showers mostly on first and second floors.

good value of money and located in a excellent place, which can be easily found and near the underground station. The only and the worst problem is that the shower often function poorly, sometimes with freezing water and sometimes with damn hot water.

Good location, not far on the tube to central London. The room was fine, and the pub downstairs was fun. Only issue was the shower- I couldn't get hot water and had to continually push the tap to turn it back on.

This hostel is in a great location and had nice, clean rooms. The downside would be that the showers were cold and did not function very well. Also, it was extremely noisy at night and rather cold (though I did visit in January). The staff were friendly and the atmosphere welcoming, just the facilities were a bit lacking.

It was a really good stay, the hostel was perfectly located, and the atmosphere there was very good, everyone is friendly, except for some customers, which is not relevant to the staff of course. I really enjoyed it.

Bathrooms were really gross! The shower was lukewarm and shut off every 15 seconds, making it very unenjoyable. The staff were not the friendliest or most helpful when we asked for directions to a nearby attraction.

It's a really nice hostel, next to the station of Borough, so you can easily go to the main turist attractions of the city. Besides that, it's clean and organized and there's a bar where you can chill out.
