it,s cool in downtown hostel because really cool staff ...and they have a bar were is party.

The place was in a good location and the staff was very nice. The place was filthy and people were smoking inside the hostel. There were pee stains on the blankets and bugs around the room. My friend rented a towel that smelt like car oil. Breakfast included was toast and cereal, but they were not replaced once empty. The reception was always closed so we had to ring the bell for a while before someone would come or call them.

The reception was almost never open. We had to call them in order to check in. The bathroom was not very clean either and in general the place just wasn´t very organized. Some people staying there were extremely loud in the hallways up until 5am but none of the staff members said anything to them.

The Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The place was definately worth the price and just 5 minutes away from the beach!!

Highly recommended! Very clean, outstanding service, accommodating Columbian Landlord. He makes a serious cup of Columbian Coffee....a must if you stay there!

Good Location (closed to all the places to visit and the bar/discos). Place is quiet. Staff was helpful. 1 kitchen + wifi available. Breakfast was light (u have it in a pub on Plaza de la Merced) and shower not so clean but in general this hostel is good value for the price.

The bathroom was flithy. There were hairballs on the floor a urine on the toilet seat. The sheets had stains on them and the place has an unusual odor. Breakfast was supposed to be included but it wasnt.

I stayed over the Robert Boyd bar as I wanted a private room..17€ with breakfast ...it is a hostel which also belongs to the down town hostel. It is in a beautiful square , plenty bars , restaurants every where in walking distance , cathedral , port ...bus stop around the corner ,which brings you to bus and train station. Staff in the robert Boyd bar are so friendly ,.. Raul , David etc...looking forward to returning there soon Michael...

No warm water, no heating (which is actually needed in winter), cooker and microwave were broken and quite dirty...I don´t recommend you to stay there.

Only a word is good to describe it: DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY!!Not recommendable
