Ivan and Carolina clearly like people - this is why they are successful. in what they do. They are very professional and made me feel at home. Thank you very much!

Very lovely and helpful people there! The house is direktly in the shopping aerea on a sidestreet. So you have everything in the near but not noisy. The bus station is in less than 5 minutes walk. To the beach / port it takes about 10 minutes with the bus. I only stayed there for one night but will be happy to be there again!

Staff (Daniel? -Swiss) was friendly & helpful and offered good suggestions. Facility was simply furnished but complete, clean & comfortable. Building had unique historic character in a great part of old colonial & art deck Las Palmas. A little bit hard to find front door ---could use better street sign & directions from bus station.

Quiet place in a pedestrian area right next to the San Telmo park and bus station. The hostel is lovely and very clean, the owners are nice and helpful and there's everything you need in the kitchen. There's a spacious living room, a terrace and a little balcony to relax. We loved the self-serving breakfast. So no rush in the morning and cereal all day long! :D Definitely no place for party people, but perfect for a relaxed stay without paying lots of money. Thank you very much!

I cannot recommend Downtown. Great location (bus station + old town). Is "pretty" apartment but not comfortable place to stay. No rooms have windows to the outside, all "windows" open into the hallway in the apartment = no air or light in bedrooms, cannot choose to sleep with window open, cannot sleep (you hear every footstep + voice of other guests). Wifi poor in bedrooms. 1 shower blocked, the other is too small to move in. 4 nights: Room never serviced, towels never changed, bin never emptied

We only stayed there for 2 nights but we really enjoyed it. We had the biggest room in the hostel (2 people), nice furniture (even a big old desk) and a very comfy bed. The kitchen is nicely equipped and there was free food and drinks for breakfast. The hostel ist located in the city centre (Triana, not far from Vegueta) and next to the main shopping street - and many local bars and restaurants of course. The house itself is a very nice old city house - the hostel is on the 1st floor.

Perfect Hostel for Las Palmas. It has an atmosphere like a big international flat. From the first day you feel comfortable. You can sit together in the big "living room" and exchange your experiences from your day. The breakfast is good and enough. Besides you have the possibility to cook in the big kitchen and leave your stuff there. The owners are very friendly and helpful.

Broken door of the oven is a problem. It really needs fixing! But it's great to be in the heart of the old part of the city

We only had a short stay but we would definitely go back to this hostel. Fantastic location, very easy to find. Lovely bright hostel with impeccably clean rooms, modern design and well worth the price. We had to get an early morning taxi to the airport and Carla and Ivan organised the whole thing for us and even organised a discounted taxi. They responded to our emails very quickly and were so professional and friendly. Lovely hostel ran by lovely people right in the centre of everything. 100%

Lovely house, friendly and helpful staff, really clean and a good value for money. No complaints what so ever. The location is great, if you don't need to be near the beach.

A lovely hostel in a beautiful old building and perfect if you want to be in the old town (which in my opinion is WAY nicer than the newer areas of Las Palma)s. Also, El Caseron, which is on the same street is one of the best restaurants in Las Palmas (plus really good value) and stays open quite late if you want to sit up drinking local rum.

Charming house in a great location. Nice breakfast and nice common rooms even with balcony where you can relax or connect to internet to arrange your stuff while feeling the nice atmosphere in the street. Una casa encantadora en un sitio excelente. Buen desayuno y salas comunes con balcones a la calle, donde puedes relajarte, conectarte a internet y hacer todo lo que necesites mientras escuchas el ambiente de la calle.
