We had a great stay at Downtown Oasis! It's near the metro, making it easy for us to get around the city. Judit is most helpful, and keeps the place immaculately clean. The apartment is cosy, but strangely, the heating is off at night, making the room a little chilly.

Downtown Oasis was an amazing hostel. I would highly reccomend. Ive stayed in many hostels on my travels around the world and this is by far the best i have ever stayed in. Everything was sparkling clean. The location is in the heart of the city with PT all around you. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the hostel was nice an quiet of an evening. Couldnt have asked for a better place. :o)

Me and my two girls did stay in Dowtown Oasis for 3 nights and it has been a pleasant stay! Since it was the coldest week of the year in Budapest, we were forced to spend some time in the hostel- which is the most comfortable I have ever been to! The kitchen is huge, so is the common/living room! There is a lot of space for all visitors! Judith has been very helpful with questions and ideas about how to spend our stay. We definitely come back in summer! Thanks Judith!

It's the perfect hostel for every Budapest trip. The staff is very friendly and has a lot of helpful hints and it's also a pleasure to simply chat with them. The building itself might be a hundred years old (extremely high ceilings with stucco), but the hostel is completely modernised and a pleasure to be at. The Location is right between old town and pub district. Supermarket, bakery & cafes are all within a radius of 150m. Don 't expect a big hostel with hundred other guests. It's small!

The staff is considerate and helpful! Very nice location near Deak Ter. Nice view from the balcony and clean rooms. The kitchen is complete.

The hostel is amazing! Great location and we had such a nice warm welcome by Judit. Not a party hostel but more like a private apartment. We will definitely be back. Thank you for everything!
