Great little place! Excellent location so close to Las Ramblas; it had a nice atmosphere and it was quiet but still fun!

I was fortunate to secure the first 2 night in Barcelona in this hostel and was very glad because the staff there particularly Cecilia were very helpful with hints suggestions about where to go and what to see and greet you with a kind smile at the end of a long day. When travelling alone3 that is so important and I relly appreciated it. Cecilia went out of her way to secure the rest of my accomodation in the city through their sister hostel Paraiso and once again, I was very impressed. Thanks

I'm SO glad we stayed here! Everyone was very friendly and more than willing to offer us suggestions and help us find points of interest. The hostel was very clean, and the bright colors gave it a really fun feel. My only suggestion is that the directions on how to get there could be a bit moer specific (we got lost after taking the Aerobus to Placa de Catalunya). Also, the sign on the front is very tiny and labeled "Hostal Venecia Downtown," which threw us off. Otherwise, a great, safe place!

One of the most pleasant hostels I've stayed in. Only negative point was that we had to pay for 3 people to get a two person room...

Very Clean, great for couples and older clients. It wasn't the "wild group" hostel. Location was a block from the Rambla (Tourist Center) and a few blocks from the Port. Staff was very helpful. Nice Terrace! I would book it again.

Very good location! Couple minutes to La Rambla on foot, and easy access to any transportation mode. The name on the signboard is slightly different which caused confusion to me at the first time. Nevertheless, it is a very nice place to stay. Super clean with excellent facility for that price of hostel in downtown Barcelona. Reception is very helpful, and available 24 hours.

The private room want huge but the location was very good, ready to get to and walking distance to sites and had a metro nearby for the further away sites. Florencia at the desk was also super helpful with recommending sites to see and explaining to me how to get to them, and recommended three really cool bars and I managed to get to them in without getting lost in barcelona with her help!

Even though we just had a "budget private double" we still had a sink in our room. It was super clean, and a good size. The terrace is awesome and the staff is really friendly and knowledgeable!

Great staff and location, no problems with that, just that the walls between the rooms were so thin we could hear people next door snoring, and the banging bedroom doors all night were a big downside, suppose you get what you pay for though, and it was a very reasonably priced hostel considering its only a 2min walk from La Rambla and Lucia metro station!!

This was a phenomenal hostel. We had been traveling all night and they had our room ready four hours before move-in, so we could rest before sight-seeing! The staff gave amazing recommendations and were so accommodating with everything we needed. The rooms are clean and beautiful. I traveled Europe for four months and this was the best hotel that I stayed in.

LOVED! This hostel was in a prime location- super close to the metro if that was your fancy to use and also in great walking distance to the rest of the city. Lovely food market super close and the feel of the hostel was super homey. Had a wonderful time.

We had a great time Stay at the hostel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the other guest were rather loud at times, our room had very thin walls. This was ok but could be a little testing t times.

I had a great weekend in this hostel! I started that trip alone and I ended up with 10 friends! The terrace is the best place to meet people and enjoy the sun! The location is great only 2 minutes walking from Las Ramlas, so everything is easy to reach. Walking to El barrio gotico, barcelonetta and plaza Catalunia for airport buses and metro stop for the rest of the attractions. Common areas were very clean and lockers were available in each room, just bring lockpads! Very polite staff!

The street was a bit unsafe and there was a feeling that one had to be careful with their belongings. Though once you entered the building of the hostel, it was all good. The girls manning the reception were extremely helpful and even woke us up at 3 am for our early morning flight! Bright colourful walls but no breakfast included. Very close to Plaza Catalunya.

Good location 3-4 minutes off la ramblas. The staff was really nice. Everything was clean. One downside is the bunk beds in the room, they make quite a lot of noise so if you move a lot or not a deep sleeper an ear plug is a really nice thing to have. Other than that a great place to stay.

Very nice hostel, and the stuffs are all very professional and warmhearted. They told me how to go to the famous sites. The route they suggested are the best ones. The bathroom are all very clean. The location is excellent, just on the La Rambla. Anyway, I like the hostel very much, I will definitely stay here again next time and I will recommend it to all my friends who want to have a trip in Barcelona!!!

+: Very cosy hostel, beautiful style&colors, nice vibe, helpful staff that are literally always around. Location is very central and close to a metrostation, so if you want to explore different places in Barcelona, this is a great temporary' 'home''. -: Our 'double bed' was more like a 1.5 person bed: v.small, also hard mattress. Also very noisy, screaming people and cars/garbage trucks from the streets during the night. and thin walls so you will hear fellow guests. Bring earplugs!
