they gave us a room where there was a window cover by pieces of wood, no light at all... very disappointed services by the money that we spend

Breakfast horrible (nothing would be better), guy need a big time to find our reservation. First time I need a credit card for a garantee... Dirty towels left in the bathroom... The location is seedy but very close of the others good places.

Hostelworld, The following is to complain about the discomfort in delays and additional costs to get to the hostel I had booked and canceled with the number: 11986-46147600 2nd march 2013, which did not help because the hostel was sold out according to his staff. I demand the immediate return of the payment of such reservation by not been used. Without all the discomfort. People of Downtowner Inn, Knights Inn 117 Pembroke St. Toronto, Ontario. They would not refund my money saying I had to

Me and my mates had to pay extra money and our reservation was never found. The customer service we received was arrogant.
