Please include toilet paper and maybe put in a way to have private lockers in the room. Thanks!
Bathroom very dirty (dead mosquitos on the floor) Plugs not working
We went at the end of October and it was absolutely freezing! I can imagine in the summer it would be fine, but no electric blankets etc. Toilets and showers felt a bit dingy and lack of hot water. Staff were friendly but a bit absent. Cafe was closed. It felt a bit spooky! We moved down the road for our second night...
This is a lovely hostel, managed by a great team! Thank you so much to the awesome guy at reception (so sorry, forgot your name!) who helped us with almost a billion questions about the tiger leaping gorge (can highly recommend the Tibet Guesthouse!!!!) The Dragoncloud is in a perfect location, easy to get to from the bus station, great restaurants 2 mins away, and the beds are the comfiest in China (after spending a month here, we thought so!). Fireplace and movie list are amazing.
A nice hostel in the midde of the Shangrila old town. It was easy to get around. The beds are a little hard and creaky and the dorm rooms are freezing at night! Loved the hot showers though!
Expensive but good. I expected the theme-doubles to be bigger.
