The staff at reception very friendly, very nice people.

It's one of the best hostels I have ever been. Very nice and friendly staff and a great location! It's clean, cozy, and got quite a character. Also close to pubs, restaurants and coffee shops. Great atmosphere!

Until now, i have been in many hostels in many countries around the World .With my all sincere,this hostel was the most clean and beatiful one.His owner Dragon was very helpful and kind man.Son once more i thank to him and wish him to keep this successful job. With my best regardings from Turkey

Be careful about the twin rooms: we booked a twin private room but the hostel doesn't have twin rooms at all so we had to share a 3 person room with another person for the same price!!!

It was our second stay in Dragondoss.It is totally great staff there ,like a family.And also they have brand new apartment and clean.It is in city center and 2 minutes to walk to Three Bridges.I recommend everyone to stay there.If I go back to Ljubljana, It would be my unique chose to stay.

The hostel owner is not friendly and weird. We booked twin bed en suite but they gave us 3 bed with shared bathroom. The hostel owner said we booked 3 people room but we pay for 2 people. Then we said we book twin bed, the hostel owner said 'if you want twin bed, you must stay in 8 people dorm'. This is ridiculous. I told him the information provided in the hostelworld is not true, he asked me complaint to hostelworld and this is not his fault. BUT his friends are very friendly and nice.

We had a reservation for two beds in an 8 bed room. My Girlfriend and I arrived at 14:00 on Dec. 29th. If we would have arrived an hour later we would not be able to stay at the hostel because they overbooked the hostel completely so even if you had a hostelword reservation, there were simply no beds left because they double or even triple book their beds. So we were lucky that we were the first guests on that day to arrive. We saw at least 10 other people with reservations who had to leave

The worst hostel experience I’ve ever had. They kept no record of reservations and we were lucky enough to arrive before other groups (who had also had reservations, but were shown the door). Stranded travelers showed up all week. The staff disappears, so there is no help. The hostel ran out of toilet paper for a day and a half. The toilets and showers are simply disgusting. Choose ANY other hostel in the city and you are guaranteed to have a much better (and less frustrating) experience.

We are sorry for the very kind receptionist but we've had a problem. We have made a reservation for a twin bed private with bathroom but we get a 5 shared room so we go in other hostel. We lost the money of the reservation but we have choose this hostel because it looks cheep but the reservation was mistaked.

Unfortunately the staff wasn't there, which caused a few problems. Too bad because the price is good and the location is PERFECT, a block away from the river and basically downtown, 10 minutes away from the station, and right next to a great rock club with cool live music!
