The hostel was awesome, absolutely clean and neat, coffee table all the time, breakfast on time and very good information provided by the receptionist regarding Machu Picchu and places to visit in Cusco.

We really liked being a small walk from the Plaza del Armas as it was quiet. There was road works outside but once thise are complete it will be a very calm place to stay. The breakfast was nice...though the bread was alittle dry! The room was clean and shower was hot. It would be really great if towels were provided though. Staff were polite and helpful.

I booked to stay here over New Years, and two days after being sent a confirmation email by Dream Hostel, they decided to tell me that they were fully booked. I ended up staying at Hospedaje Turistico Recoleta instead, which was an amzing family run hostel, where the breakfast was amaing and the staff couldn't actually do enough for you! I wouldn't recommend Dream Hostel purely on the principle that they would't pay the difference in price due to their incompetance, after they said they would!

It was a good thing they picked us up, because it is up in the middle of nowhere and there was construction on their road, so our cab had to drop us off a street up and then we trudged through the mud. Still, the hostel itself is adorable with a little sun room, cute common area and a nice kitchen. They were helpful. They also upgraded our room to a private bath since there was barely anyone in the hostel. They wouldn´t count our deposit, but I let it go since we were upgraded.

The hostel is a short walk (10mins) from the town centre and the street it's located on is a bit of a mess with the road all dug up. The hostel itself is very chilled with a comfy TV area with free tea and coffee, great breakfasts and very helpful staff. The beds in the mixed dorms are a bit on the hard side though. Overall a very decent place to stay.

Nice hostel, bout 10 minute walk from the main square.my only complaint would be how noisy it is in the mornings due to its design and floors

he staff was very nice. he breakfast was excellent. But for at least 4 nights we didn't have water, it was not the hostels fault, but construction workers outside, which was a shame. Also we had some trouble when booking our Machu Picchu where the staff forgot to tell us the diffenrence from regular Machu Picchu tickets and Wainu Picchu tickets. But overall sweet people and a nice place.

A little out of the way but none the less a good hostel. The staff were really helpful. I had a private room so I can not comment on security if the have dorms!?. I booked on the day and I think they were full so the room I was given was probably their last and was right at the front of the place by reception and the front door. Not the quietest of rooms and the floors above are really creaky and noisy as people staying above you shuffle around. * That being said I did sleep well!

Well, not to bash at anything but it was quite a surprise to see a road construction upon arrival (always check google earth before going somewhere). It would have definitely saved me a few bucks had i known that before hand. Place is way up high there on the hill and not really easily accessible. The staff is good and place is quite and clean, though there were significant issues with hot water during our stay there and strangely cold... good breakfast though.

The good: Great rooms with very comfortable beds, rooms are clean and beds changed regularly, good internet, Cable tv in room The bad: Breakfast is self service and many items are not replaced, Staff can be unhelpful, Staff tried to overcharge me if I payed at the end of stay in sols. If I had not been familiar with exchange rates I would have not noticed this. Ended up paying the correct amount in Dollars Improvement needed if this hostel is to live up to its name!

About a 10 minute walk from the centre, so a little out of the way. The staff were kind enough to allow us to snooze in a different room as ours wasn't ready. The rooms are a little dark and cold, but there are plenty of blankets. There's WiFi available in the rooms, small kitchen to cook in and a communal area. The showers weren't always hot. Good cheap option for Cusco.

A stay somewhere closer to the main square is easy to come by and is recommended. Everything is fine but there was a blood stain on our mattress.

About a ten minute walk from the PLaza de Armas in Cusco but not bad. At night it is really quiet because you are farther away. The staff is super helpful with things to do and places to go.

The hostel is very clean and friendly and a short walk from the main square and a little away from all the hustle and bustle of the center. We were also able to leave out backpacks here while doing the Machu Pichu trek knowing they were safe. The day staff working are exceptional and helped usorder a new camera and get it delivered within 2 days. They are very friendly and approachable and always willing to help out. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Cusco.
