The hostel was pleasant and had a nice cafe on the ground floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately all of this was overshadowed by the terribly dirty bathrooms. Not just on one day, but all of the 4 days we stayed. You definitely need to wear sandals in the shower. It looks like they never clean the shower floors. Totally disgusting and smelly. There was even an old cigarette butt on the floor of the shower. If they get the bathrooms sorted out, it would be a pretty nice place.

A modern Hostel which is run as a proper business. Clean and spacious rooms with big bathroom on the floor. The whole place is quite new and so are the facilities. If you like to stay in a family place where groups and families are accepted this is the right place. For me it was too big and too sterile to be a hostel.

What an incredible service. If the hostel didn't have a roof, and it was outside in the winter cold. If it was nothing but a blanket and a reception, I would still give it 10 stars. The girls at the reception call themselves dream girls, a well deserved title. They organised more than I could ever imagine anyone do. They even put together a going away party when we where leaving, and the girls who was not working even showed up. Rooms where good to, allot of space and we even had a balcony.

For such a large place, the maintenance and facilities are particularly impressive. There's definitely room for improvement in terms of suggestions and welcoming-ness. I felt the staff could have made a bit of an effort to help me plan my stay and make me feel welcome in Kiev. I don't have many hostels in Kiev to compare this one, however, so it may be relatively the best, but the general hospitality is something that's clearly a bit of a challenge for an operation this large.

This is a very nice hostel, looks great, staff is very friendly and they speak perfectly English and try to help you where they can. I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Kiev.

The staff being friendly and helping with directions. They gave me meds when I was sick and let me borrow a universal charger when I got there. I just think the staff needs to smile more but I think it may be the Ukranian culture not to smile. I thought that every day that someone's relative must of died or something. None the less the staff was helpful so I was appreciative.

Absolutely amazing location! Friendly staff and new/modern rooms. The only downside was that our room was incredibly warm. But other than that a perfect hostel. I would stay here again!

Good Hostel only the rooms are very cold. Do something about the heating because Kyiv isn't really a warm city. We were very cold in bed!

this was the most professional and efficient hostel I visited. i was pick pocketed the day I arrived in Ukraine and had to hang out for a few days while I waited for a new credit card. Desk staff was especially helpful, and for that I'm grateful.

If this is not the best hostel I have ever been to, it is definitely in the top 3. Very clean and everything is super new. Staff is friendly as well. Nothing to complain about at all.

One of the nicest hostels I've ever stayed in. Staff were very helpful with airport pick up and drop off, everything was extremely clean, and the cafe is great for breakfast as well as a fairly cheap dinner. Good location. Definitely recommend!
