I am really happy things continue to improve here. I mean, the staff has always been the best of ANY large city hostel I have stayed in and the included breakfast and parking are tops. The big improvements are in the wifi which was perfect now the fix has been done. Even a few new bits in the kitchen ;) Next step, pillows please, they are a little thin (I BYO ;) Cheers guys! See you in a month

The rooms were clean. The staff was okay. I didn't feel safe here. I didn't like the building.

The Hostel was easy to find (just follow the directions given in the descriptions, they are excellent!). You had to pay for internet (but not wi-fi) and there was a small charge to leave your luggage for the day after checking out, but that was okay as the rooms were really good value for money. Very clean & big shower rooms too, and very helpful staff!

My 10-Bedroom dorm has a smell of Gym socks. I think there is minimal cleaning when the hostel is full on the weekends. Many of the other travellers turned on the lights throughout the night. I think they need to use flashlights when coming in so late (3-4 am). Other than that, everything else was good. The hostel was very cheap, 15 minutes walking from city center, and had nice breakfast schones.

Still where I always stay when in Dublin. Mostly for the carpark but it seems to Wifi has gotten a lot better too. The kitchen is still really under supplied and the bathrooms have silly push button showers instead of proper taps but the staff and breakfast were great and good respectively as usual.

Had an extremely hard time trying to sleep here. I am not positive but pretty sure we were rooming with staff members, who came in at 2:30 am, turned the light on and were extremely loud for about 20 minutes. People above us were also loud late at night until about 3 am, and then other guests slammed doors early in the morning. This was just my personal experience, but I have never had such a hard time sleeping in any other hostel.

well I booked a twin room and all of the blue what I took when I arrived in the hostel was a room with 8 beds! Ok... it was just one night and I survived, but what if it happened with a customer that really need a TWIN room?? Well... just think about it and give what you have to book, please... but HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Dublin International (YHA) was a lovely hostel. It is full of character and has a quirky feeling about it, being a converted school. You can definately tel this which just adds to its persona. There are plenty of places to chill out in the hostel and the staff are very friendly. The car park is very safe and sequire and the building is beautiful. The location is a little out of the way but it only took us ten minutes to walk into the city. Definately stay there again if I was visiting Dublin

Wonderful hostel. Away from the city centre (compared to other hostels), but the moment you figured out how to get around, it's an easy walk to the places of interest.

Wee bit of a walk up O'Connell, but the hostel was fairly inexpensive and the service behind the front desk was great. They even call a shuttle for you if you have to leave by 5 a.m. for a flight! A solid B for this hostel.

Loved it! Toilet was a bit far away though, bit of a mission at night but wouldn't stop me staying again. I wish i knew about the huge toilets & showers though instead of keep using the ones in the basement!! Was great location, didn't realise at first it's only a 15 minute or so walk into town, not bad :) Guy at desk told us buses were 50c a ride but we had to pay about 1.20 each so we walked around.

Staff were fantastic, lots of character , the showers were the only problem. You couldn't control the temperature & being at a really cold time of year a really hot shower is important.
