Security ranked excellent because the key we got didn't work for the door outside, so we had to ring the doorbell every time.
There was only one working bathroom available for everyone staying in the hostel. The rooms were tiny and the beds had been crammed in. The staff were very friendly but the condition of the hostel was poor.
Rather unhelpful staff who played music until late at night and early in the morning. Didn't seem to care much at all. Bed bug bites all over my brother and myself, certainly an unpleasant sleeping experience.

The female staff there are awesome, super friendly, helpful and cute. Apart from that, the place have lots of mosquitos and poor security for your luggage. Bascically it's just a place for sleeping so don't expect too much.
I arrived at 0:20 in Florence, and went to Duilio. I had already sent an email, that it was not answered. I arrived in the hostel, and I couldn't find anybody and nothing. I was without a place to sleep. I had to walk around and look for a new place. TERRIBLE!!!
The bathrooms are not enough for everybody, and the one inside the dorm room wasn't good at all- the shower was in the middle of the bathroom, so if you used it, everything would get wet. The room smelled really bad of humidity, and there were no lockers to keep your things. They are supposed to offer bedsheets, but we only had the bottom sheet, so we could only cover ourselves with the quilt (the night was really warm, so we ended up all bit by mosquitoes).
The two girls who run this hotel are too lovely and enjoyable to talk with, They are helpful too and very very friendly.

Terrible staff. The two girls responsible for the reception were never there to answer our questions. They gave us keys that didn't work to open the front door. when we complained they said it was our fault and didn't change the key, so we had to ring the bell every time we wanted to go inside the hostel. they didn't provide sheets, the bathroom was very small with a ridiculous shower behind the door, and the worst part: we got BEDBUGS. Simply was the worst hostel I've stayed in my whole life.

The bathroom is very dirty. The location is far away from the train station, but it is a little difficult to find. By the way, the staff is nice.
Had an awesome stay , the Romanian girl that runs it was so sweet. Really close to a pool that you can go to for a few€ . I would stay again
The woman who owned and run the hostel, entirely by herself, was so sweet & helpful, we absolutely loved her! The showers were a little dirty but the room itself was very clean. She gave us great recommendations for the city (restaurants & places to go), & when one of the people in our room was totally crazy and weird she offered to let us switch rooms & gave us our towels for free. The location was great, within 10 min of the center & right by the canal. Overall liked it despite the crazy man.
A good hostel. One downside was that there is only one bathroom on the floor, so when people were showering in the morning it was difficult to get a chance to use the toilet. The other downside is that there are no lockers to keep your luggage secure. But good location, close to main train station, and ponte vecchio/uffizi, and it was clean.
Convenient location, short walk from train station, but not many facilities. No kitchen, so you'll always have to eat out. The lady at reception is very friendly.
The receptionist was the sweetest lady ever! She was so helpful and fun to talk to. The hostel itself was good for what we paid for the room - the facilities were a little small and difficult to work with, but it was fine for the two nights we were there. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay! Thank you so much for dealing with our group of 11 crazy Americans.
It would have been alright for just a few nights stay as long as the only thing you were looking for was a bed to sleep in. I, unfortunately, got BEDBUGS during my stay.
Gentle staff. It could have breakfast included, given that it's not too expensive to manage the italian 'colazione'. The room in front of the reception don't have a good acustic isolation, but in the next day we moved to another room (reservation misunderstanding by the hostel, that actually thought that e were 2 males, but i've reserved a double room and it was given to us a twin instead). But the staff managed very well, and it was good.
In a nice quiet area, was comfortable and the staff were very friendly.
The staff was SO sweet, it was a joy to stay there. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the city center, which really wasn't a bother at all. The only thing I didn't like was that the shower was RIGHT next to the bathroom door and the steam filled the room and made it sort of humid and gross at times. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.
It's ok, but our bed sheets definatley hadn't been washed, they really stank of B.O. It wasn't nice. But the girl working there was lovely, apart from that though this hostel is very average, no atmosphere, ok location. No kitchen. Not even a microwave, basically a hotel with dorms.
Great value for money. Good place to stay near the main attractions. Clean and with wifi. I would stay here again.
