Owned and operated by an nice old guy. Was cosey, kind of like staying at Grandparents for the weekend. Lovely cooked breakfast of bacon and eggs, or pancakes in the morning. Good 10 minute walk to city centre. Bathroom could have had a bit more attention, but everything else made up for it. Shower was good hot high pressure. When you turned the light on, the bathroom fan was very loud. Other than that was a nice stay.

we stayed for one night only, but really enjoyed it. the b&b is very close to the promenade and the atlanticaquarium. it takes you only five minutes to go there. unfortunately it takes you a little longer to reach the inner city, about 20 min walk. However I think that is not too bad. the staff was very kind and gave us a lot of advice. he also allowed us to leave our car at his place until we eventually left galway after we already checked out.

There is a problem with water, in the evening it is impossible to take a warm shower.
