i put average in the fun section because it was quiet that night but that is what i was looking for! so all in all a good experience,.very helpful staff, i booked the wrong dates but we found a solution quickly!

The en suite (without a bathroom) was really nice! The room was large and clean, and had an excellent view of the main road. The bathrooms were also really clean and modern, although the building itself is historic.

A great hostel!!!! Located in a good section of the city very close to the train and bus stations. The building was unusual and very cool. I WILL stay there when I go back!!!! The staff were very helpful with everything that I needed and as a woman travelling alone I felt very safe. A great place to stay if you are looking to explore the Fife/Angus/Perthshire region of Scotland.

Good hostel..great location! Dorms were very clean, as were the common areas.

In a word: great! The best hostel I've ever stayed till now. The staff is so nice and helpful. Rooms are lovely and super-clean. There are a Tv lounge with sofas, a dining room with cool furniture ( loved it!) and a well-equipped kitchen. Free tea and coffee any time. Free wi-fi in the common room. It's right in the centre and close to everything. Definitely if you go to Dundee, stay at this hostel. You won't find anything better than this one.

we stayed there for three nights last week, and it was brilliant. Nice staff, and very helpful; the hostel is located into city centre and very close to bus/train stations, excellent security and cleanliness. I'd like to be back soon.

Great location and very good facilities, stayed in a private room so didn't really mingled with the staff but they seemed very nice, would stay here again :)

When I was there, the hostel did not appear particularly busy yet I could not find a quiet room in which to read my room, there was either TV's on or big loud groups or laptops with videos, a dedicated quiet room or stricter rules in the reading room would be good. The kitchen was also quite small for the number of people and would have been a lot worse if the hostel were busier.
