Duo Housing is designed to encourage interaction among our guests as much as possible. Our rooms (separated by gender) are shared, as are the bathroom facilities, kitchens, and living rooms. The living room or �social room� has a huge 42� flat screen tv, all the premium cable TV channels, dvd player, and a phone to call anywhere in the continental US.

The remaining balance of your reservation is charged 48 hours prior to your checkin. If your credit card is declined your reservation will be canceled - so please let us know if your credit card details change and provide us with the new information!

If you make a reservation that has a check-in date of LESS THAN 48 HOURS away, your credit card must be valid. If your credit card is declined upon processing ( which happens within hours of your reservation being made, your reservation will be canceled immediately.

Any group of 5 guests or more must be prepaid 7 days prior to your scheduled check in date. Any group that wishes to cancel must cancel 5 days prior to your arrival.

No one under the age of 18 allowed. All guests must be over the age of 18.
