We booked two nights, on arrival the person in charge of bookings was not there and they had no room for us! They proceeded to arrange for us to move to another hotel for the night (no extra cost) and paid for the tickshaw there which was appreciated. The next day they had a room for us back at this guest house which was lovely and spacious and clean. Nice guesthouse, although shame about first night. Not so close to main sights though.

Dear Ms., Thank you very much for your feedback. This is very valuable for our family. We are happy to read from yourself. We are sorry you didnt know the distance of the place from the old town before reserving at our place. We are sure we did our best for making your stay comfortable. We are sorry for the inconvenience for the first night caused yourself. We made sure to find yourselves the nearest and good place for accommodation and the only availability was for 1200rps a night which was twice the price reserved at our place. We showed yourself the room, you agreed and we helped yourselves stay there for a night and the extra was covered by our family with no hesitation because we had some guest stay a night longer. Next day at Durag Niwas we upgraded your room to reach the comfort of your first night. We are really sorry that moving from one place to another caused you all this waste of time and uncomfortable situation. We hope to be able to host yourselves in future and will make sure that you take the best of memories from our town.
