Staff doesn't care about customers. Only 1 way out when there is fire. The other one was blocked; door closed and couldn't be opened said the manager. The first night no key to come in, so not free to come home later then half past eleven. No luggage room for security for bigger luggage. shower in the room; in a corner. Kitchen and toilets dirty; toiletpaper was provided. A place without a soul. Beds sleep well. In the weekend (saturday) a lot of noise from the bar till half past 2.

Stayed in the female dormitory which was peaceful and always wonderfully warm. The room even contained a shower and fridge which I wasn't expecting! I will definitely be back. The only complaints I had was two days before checking out the cleaning lady removed all the bed-sheets, quilt-cover, and pillow cases from two of the beds, including the one I was sleeping in! Me and another girl had no choice but to sleep on a bare mattress. Why!?! Also, there was never any toilet roll in the bathroom.

I stayed there for 2 nights with a friend in a 4-bed female dorm (more a bedroom than a dorm :) ). The rooms are on the floor above the Lord Brooke pub but the noise and music would always have died down by about 11pm. Beds were clean, room well heated, shower was ok, staff fairly friendly. No one to be found when we checked out though so we left the keys in the letterbox with a note... The only downside was the hostel being located outside central London.

For the price and being my first hostel experience I think it was fine and got what I paid for. I was in a 4 bedroom female room. It did not look like in the picture but still it was fine. It was hard to find because there was no sign indicating it was the hostel. I didn't really read where it was located I'm not sure if they list that its not marked. Either way I passed it a couple times, then went into the bar to ask and they told me it was there.

When i read the comments i was frightened as the comments were very tough , but the hostel was cheap and near to my course and i was planning to stay for 3 nights ,so i booked it . when i arrived i was surprised as it was a good one . 1- 10 min walk from the underground , buses . 2- staff were lovely and cooperative . 3- room was clean , comfortable The only disadvantage that was mentioned in the comments that the hostel has a pub who always make some noise .
