My second stay at East Midlands guesthouse having needed somewhere to stay in Derby overnight. As before, my room was clean, and very comfortable and you are free to come and go as you please, with excellent help from the friendly and hospitable staff. Highlights are definitely location - just a 10 minute walk to the city centre with direct bus route too (the buses stop just across the road from the guesthouse) and spaciousness / cleanliness of the room. I definitely recommend it!
