This location was very suitable for the needs for four kids around 20 years old looking for place to crash. Most things we could want were provided, and the price was good. Nice part of town for the price. Heating was sub-par. A bit small. Overall, a good place to stay. I would return if wanting to stay in LES.

It is expensive to stay in New York, we know you don't get much for your money here but this suited us. We felt the extensive rules and threats of charging us $1000 if we talked in loud voices or if anything broke. The TV didn't work while we were there but we afraid to ring about it. All in all a good location but maybe a bit heavy in the 'wording' of the rules.clean.
