everyone was very, very helpful. the place is extremely clean and the garden to eat or chill in is very nice. good kitchen space, nice room and bathroom and close to metro station and even walking distance to many important attractions if you want. definatly recommmended

Wonderful staff, rooms, lodgers. Free food from recent guests, coffee service, lounge area and garden. Next to the U-Bahn, 2 grocers, galleries, bars. I was so thrilled.

This is the cleanest hostel I ever stayed in. I loved the relaxed atmosphere, the garden and common kitchen: perfect to meet new people! If they had told me that towels were not included, I would have brought mine but that\'s really the only negative.

The staff were really enthusiastic, helpful and friendly. The place was really clean thanks to the peruvian cleaners. Easy access by train, only 50m from station and 2 stops from main Alexanderplatz station. Would recommend this to others.

Location in really great cute neighborhood, staff was SUPER helpful. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Very quiet rooms because the common area was separate from the living spaces (smart). Only thing that would have made our stay better was breakfast!

Staff was great. Rooms/bathroom was clean. Free wireless in the lobby. Location is about a block away from a train stop. Only bad thing about the location is that is on a quiet side street, so there some might feel a little unsafe walking home alone late at night.

This is a great hostel with lots of style, good facilities and in a good location in the Mitte district, with a tube just round the corner and a lot of the main sites in walking distance. We had a 8 bed dorm to ourselves, and it was comfortable, quiet and clean. Beer can be bought at the hostel, they have a BBQ and good kitchen. There is a superb cafe for breakfast on the same street. Berlin is a wonderful city, and East Severn was a very good hostel. One of the best I have stayed in.
