Small, quaint hostel that has a lot to offer. Easy to get to from central station. Great location. Quiet. There is a common area. I enjoyed this hostel.

L'unica pecca era forse la stanza minuscola. A parte questo lo staff è stato di grande aiuto e gli ambienti erano puliti. La posizione dell'ostello è ottima, da casa non mi erano molto chiare le distanze, ma stando sul posto l'ho constatato di persona. Lo consiglio vivamente.

A top place in a good location. It was neat & clean & the introduction by the staff at the start was the best I have had, ever. Top marks, especially good for those that are not there to be drunk & noisy & want a good rest & early start.

not for big party. We would tranquility. It was perfect. good for less younger than our mother (she traveled with us)

Great hostel - clean, comfortable and fun! Excellent location for visiting Berlin and good posibilities to meet and hangout with other people at the same time to chill out and have a good night sleep (great beds). Staff is amaizing - very helpful and jolly and make sure that everybody is able to arrive and get into the hostel even after reception working hours. Definately I would come back and recommend it to my friends.

Great hostel. Really enjoyed staying there. The staff was kinda and helpful. The room was a little damp smelling, but not too bad.

Very pleasant hostel. Plenty of great communal spaces despite being a small hostel. Very comfortable beds. Excellent instructions for finding the hostel and checking in after hours.

This is a small, quiet hostel which is what we were after and it is within walking distance to all the major sites in east Berlin - though you may want to use the metro which was not far away. If you're looking for a party hostel, to meet lots of people or to hang out in the common room this is not the hostel for you. But it was fine for our needs and did have complimentary tea and coffee. Lots of restaurants etc in nearby streets.

hard to find if you're new Berlin'n guest except by taxi. Location not popular,room so old and small but staff also friendly(only man not woman)

Rooms were a bit cold. Especially floors. Not sure if it's because our trip was in the end of April and the heating was put down. Otherwise there was nothing to complain. If you are looking for a clean and peaceful hostel in center of Berlin, Eastener hostel is just perfect!

Hostel itself was reasonable however the private double room was ridiculously small. There is not enough room for two people to occupy the room let alone with bags etc.

We received a warm welcome from the staff. The staff is very informative for questions regarding the city. One of the Free Tour tourguides picked us up from the hostel to walk to the meeting place. We stayed in the private 2 twin beds, so we were in the main building and able to get internet in our room. The kitchen facility is very nice and clean.
