I felt very welcome at Eastern Heritage. The Staff is very nice and helpful. The neighborhood is something for real travelers I think. Very authentic and not too touristic! The House of Eastern Heritage is a very old and charming! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

very basic place to stay which is why it is cheap, but good value for money. the building is quite nice and has an old world feel about it. very friendly owner and cleaner. hotel is in a quiet part of town away from the tourist crowds, but still within walking distance to the tourist district. the food and shopping in this neighbourhood are really cheap. they were also able to organise a driver for me to do some day trips out of melaka.

good location near to princess well, A famosa, museum, markets etc,..only a short jaunt from the bus stop at the red dutch building, a centuries old peranakan heritage house still exuding its old world charm, there's even a dipping pool inside...Hemingway would be pleased indeed...
