A two minute walk to a convenient store, booking agent, money exchange and pharmacy. Add three more minutes and you are on the shore. You can rent bikes from Easy Life Bungalows which if great when you start exploring the island. The family that owns and runs Easy Life - I met three on this trip: Oi, Chai, and Che-Ri - were awesome. They go on an honor system when it comes to the sundries and food they provide. You log it into a book (bike rental as well) and you pay for it later. Great find.

Staff were very accomodating upon arrival and during stay. No sheet provided by hostel?! but had our own anyway. Better lighting walking up to bungalows. Very much enjoyed our stay here & would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff is great and was able to accommodate all of my requests (happy shake, smoke, etc). The beach is pretty deserted which is what I wanted after the Full Moon Party for a few days. It was easy to meet people staying there as well. The bungalow is great and I spent a good amount of quality time in the hammock on the porch.

Very nice and helpful staff! We were there at the rainy season and nothing that got wet would dry during our three-day-stay. If it is rainy there is absolutely nothing to do.
