Good location in a stone's throw from hauptbahnhof and major sights, but trains quite annoyingly loud at night, rooms are flashback from 70s, wifi is not free and stuff is extremly rude and not helpful at all. If you need dirty cheap place to stay near station for one night after\before departure is OK, but I don't recommend this place to anyone for longer stay.

Great location, very close to Main Station and City centre, reasonable price. If there would be free internet, than it would be really perfect! ;-)

Cant really complain anything, the location is excellent, 2 min from the main traffic hub and 5 min right into the center of the city, very clean...nice bar...except wifi isnt free.

Get rid of the dingy, 30 year old carpet, and this will be a nice place. Most modern hostels now use tiled floors. Otherwise, EP is a good experience. It's quiet , and a good option for having a few days quiet, especially if you're coming from one of the noisy hostels. I've stayed here several times, and look forward to future upgrades in the facilities.

It's a block from the train station, close to the Marienplatz, and across the street from a Starbucks that opens at 7am. Perfect location, comfortable enough beds and warm room, decent breakfast for the price (5 euros) at a great price. We'd stay here again.

Excellent location, near the main train station, however the building is old and not well maintained. There is no breakfast included, and the one they offer is not worth it. They have community bathrooms, and you need to bring your own towel. Is good for only sleeping and is cheap, for anything other service you are looking is not worth it and you may want to try a little bit more expensive hostel.

It was a great hotel for my purpose, which was to be close to the train station, it was only a few steps from a tunnel that led right to it. It was kind of dirty and old though. the bathrooms were not en-suite, and the rooms were very plain. There was a bar that looked fun in the lobby, but the wifi wasn't free which kind of sucked.

It was an alright place. Expensive for what it is. The place is lovely from the outside and lobby but the rooms are very basic. a bed, desk and a sink. The rooms were quite noisy and the lift only goes to the 3rd floor so if you are on the 4th you have to walk.

The area was not too bad you are near the other hostels, but this place should be listed as a hostel not a hotel. I also did not like the idea of not having a shower in the room. Just needing a place to crash, it supplied me with what I needed and if I had to do it again I would stay BUT I would rather stay somewhere else.

Not bad hostel. I just do not understand something. Why a room without shower and that I need rent a towel can be more expensive than a 6 dorms with shower and clen bathroom inside. I Stayed one night in each room, so that is why for me doesn't make sense. I Recommend this hostel. It is ok. Not so expensive and you can have a good bed. Ps. By the way the rooms have carpets. They are clean but bad for people who has Alergie

Great location. More of a hotel rather than hostel, but we stayed in a 6 bed dorm which was spacious. Bathroom facilities were kept clean.

electronic door key would reset everytime someone else accessed the room which required asking the front desk for a new key.
