The best thing about this hostel is the location. The staff is very helpful to but its not the cleanest hostel I´ve been at.

This place stinks, literally and figuratively. It doesn't appear to ever have been given a proper deep clean. We arrived at 17.30 and couldn't find anyone to check-in with, but it was easy to gain access to the hostel (someone just let us in without question) and we managed to find a guest who fetched a member of staff for us. The keys to the rooms are the same key which opens the front door. Dirty, smelly and insecure.

The staff is the only thing this hostel has going for it. The location is great too if you don\'t mind staying in the city. There are tons of restaurants and clubs nearby. However, I am not a party person and I did not enjoy the parties until 3 o\' clock in the morning outside of my bedroom window as well as my roommate throwing up all over the floor at 5:30 in the morning. I checked out early I would not recommend this hostel unless that is your scene.

I'm easy to please and easy perth backpackers did just that! Good character, location and helpful staff. Don't expect super tidy rooms and luxuries like free WIFI and pool. Make sure to keep your stuff in lockers and in the storage spaces they provide.

The toilets were wet on the floors. I had to surch really well to find a cup to drink from. Then again every backpacker is really nice and eager to help you. Also the reception people were nice. The worst thing was the dust. The hostel is furnished with carpet that hasnt been cleaned for a while. Especially in the room it was very dusty, i was breathing heavily because of it. The beds were not good as well cause you are lying on the spirals more than on matrass. At night its dangerous.

Its only because hostelworld are that retarded and can't make a booking to save them self. Thanks for charging me with the booking fee all to receive in return absolutely nothing they double book the room and left me stranded in Perth and everything was fully book out... You call yourself a business... what a JOKE Haha Haha

I stayed here a few years ago while on vacation and wasn't impressed but they have really made some changes to the place such as the new food hatches and some events during the weekends like quiz nights. The whole place seems to have brightened up but still has the usual party vibe you come to expect from a centrally located hostel. Special thanks to K Dog on reception for his extra helpfulness!!

The worst hostel we have stayed in on our whole holiday in Australia. So dirty the rooms were not cleaned. Felt sorry for the one cleaning lady that had to much cleaning to do. The roof ceiling was so dirty and there was alot of big spiderwebbs. In our room there was people that had stayed for months and they spread their bellonings arround the room. The floor was so dirty that you didnt want your bag standing on it. II WOULDNT RECOMEND THIS TO MY WORST ENEMY. Coachroaches in the kitchen

A good tidy up and paint job needed in the courtyard. Vaccuum carpets. Lockers that close and lock. Seems to be a few long term people so kind of clique. TV room is a comfortable size.

In my opinion, I think the Backpackers is OK. quite cheep and location is really nice but depends on temprature, It's quite hard to stay cuz no air-conditioning. when I stayed there, it was over 40 degree, actually outside is cooler than the room. Except that condition, I'm fine. normaly quiet in the hostel, really friendly reception staff, cost and quality is totally much. howevery i don't recomend long stay.

The hostel is really dirty. People were sleeping on the couches who were not staying at the hostel. Other people had keys to the room who were not staying in the room. This hostel is not value for money and I wouldn't stay there again. They even had posters up on the wall saying their rating on hostel world was not very good so they were offering free accommodation for anyone that would put in good reviews!

we were arriving in perth early so I had booked 2 nights at this hostel so I could check in, in the morning for the 2nd night. The guy on the desk had slept in so we had to wait a while, on arrival to our booked room there didn't seem to be a bed for us as, but our man on the front desk cleared 2 beds but apologised for not having linen for us. 2 hrs later another hostel guest told me I was in his bed, we then decided to check out of this hostel. Positives, Its cheap and Location is good.

Nice place, but needs to be done up. Room was clean. On initial arrival it felt very dirty and I was not keen to stay there, however, once checked into the room this changed. Showers need locked cubicals to hang up clothes, keep valuables etc... Reception staff SUPER HELPFUL!! Very happy with service delivered :-D

The first 2 nights we stayed there, we stayed at a girls dorm where the lock did not work, so you didn't feel very comfortable leaving your stuff in that room. The kitchen was very bad. The staff cleaned it in the morning, but during the day it just got worse. People didn't clean up after them selves and teatowels were often missing, so the hostel didn't encourage you to clean up your own mess. One day it was impossible to find any knives the next day there were plenty of knives but no forks.

I only stayed a couple of nights at Easy Perth but I got a good impression. One of the best things it has going for it is the family style atmosphere. Personally, I used to travel and be quite picky with where I stayed but ended up in some quiet area without making friends. When you stay in Perth, especially Northbridge, you are there for the social and cultural aspects and that\'s what you get at Easy Perth Backpackers.

Hot and stuffy small rooms. Dirty undies hanging in bathroom for entire day, and wash basins were dirty.

Very friendly and helpful, the guy at reception was especially nice!! a really good vibe in Northbridge, travellers should set aside at least a few days to explore the surrounds. Easy Perth Backpackers was 5 mins walk from everything. P.S. Try Alto's kebabs nearby very yum!
