The hostel is not operating illegally. It is a flat in a block of flats and people living there are against of this. We didn't receive any receipts for hostel and Tourist Tax, that she also asked to pay. The receptionist was a Chinese woman that didn't speak English or Italian. She was not there during the day or night, so there is no 24 hour security as written on the website. There was a crazy guy that was shouting all night to everyone that was going to the bathroom.We wanted to call police.

It is the worse hostel I ever see. They have no respect . They may sent you in the last moment to the hotel Lario, another disgusted place, because of some problems with electricity or whatever! I not recommend to deal with these hostels. Personal in both these establishments don't understand any other language, except Italian, even English.

You should provide towels for the guests!

The point was that when we arrived to the hostel some girl told us that was not room for us, can you imagine? there we are with our baggage and so tired! so she gave us two options, we could wait until 19h00, maybe somebody left a room or go to another place far from there, so, we took the subway to the other place where the guy does not talk a good english even to tell you how much was the price of the room!! also the hostel was not any good...

Location is suck!

Just some improvements to warm up the water in the bathroom, wasn't enough warm in my opinion. Thank you

It's a very very good place, people are very kind, the rooms are really large, there are restaurants of good price and good food near by. We really enjoyed the time there.
