It is the worse hostel I ever see. They have no respect . They may sent you in the last moment to the hotel Lario, another disgusted place, because of some problems with electricity or whatever! I not recommend to deal with these hostels. Personal in both these establishments don't understand any other language, except Italian, even English.

The point was that when we arrived to the hostel some girl told us that was not room for us, can you imagine? there we are with our baggage and so tired! so she gave us two options, we could wait until 19h00, maybe somebody left a room or go to another place far from there, so, we took the subway to the other place where the guy does not talk a good english even to tell you how much was the price of the room!! also the hostel was not any good...

Just some improvements to warm up the water in the bathroom, wasn't enough warm in my opinion. Thank you

It's a very very good place, people are very kind, the rooms are really large, there are restaurants of good price and good food near by. We really enjoyed the time there.

Then I arrived they said me that they have not room for me!!! That they sand letter on my mail but the are not letter recived from this hostel on my mail!!! WY. I stryctly not recomende this place! !!!

Dear all, this was the worst behaviour and treatment i ever experienced. Do not book easyroom and do not recommend it . Rubbish and realy bad. Just chinese stuff is friendly.

When we arrived it was said to us that by some confusion they don't have a room for us. They booked room for us in another hotel. That hotel (Bravia hotel) was very far from Easy rooms. It took 1 hour by metro to get it. Bravia hotel was terrible. They give us a real Single room instead of Double! A bed was alittle bit bigger than usual single bed. It was very cold in the room. They switch on a heater only for 4 or 5 hours in th evening. The heater in our room was out of order. All was very bad.
