A very memorable place - great restaurant with view of jungle. 10 minutes max. from National Park entrance. Beds are very comfortable and it's great to have a pool to jump into at the end of the day. Do it!

We had a great time relaxing in the lush jungle setting of Yuluka. The restaurant had great food, the staff was very helpful, and the rooms were nice. Honestly, we didn't do much besides relax on the balcony hammocks and in the pool. It was perfect. It was located next to a busy road that may bother some if you are sensitive to noise (Colombian drivers find the need to honk.)

We found our stay at this hostel difficult. The website makes it look a lot nicer than it really is. We just wished we knew what we were getting into. You stay in huts basically in the middle of the jungle, but it is right by a main road so it is Very loud all the time. There are huge spiders, a lot of bugs and we found two cockroaches in our room. The food is okay but not the greatest. None of the staff spoke english and was hard to communicate where to go and how to do the treks etc.
