Wasn't impressed. Lockers are small, and not secure as I was able to open with lock attached. Not enough outlets in rooms. Waited outside 30 minutes one night (was only 21:30), unable to get in, b/c staff member, who appeared out of it, passed out at desk. Mattress in lounge area was discarded by maids and tossed on roof (not replaced during 4-night stay), making me doubt cleanliness. Chopped fruit was recycled past freshness. Location is the redeeming quality along with 2 of the staff.

Near a subway station, a supermarket, and lots of nightclubs.Eugenia on staff was really cool; the Venezuelan guy must've been having a really bad week.Common area is nice, perhaps a bit too big (makes it harder to chat with strangers). The main door needs to be opened from reception (no keys), and the door to the dorms too (with a LOUD buzzer, like something a prison would use; wakes everyone up throughout the night). Kitchen is lame. Cleanliness isn't their priority. Might stay again, likely not.

It was great. Very helpful and kind staff, an awesome location, and we even had a private bathroom in the 6 person mixed dorm. No complaints whatsoever.

Very good personnel, execelent location, clean room, four blocks from metro Plaza Italia. I will highly recommend to stay in Eco Pampa.

I had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and seem to enjoy their job. The common area is a great space to meet people and have a few drinks. I would definately stay here again.

Nice spot but not so much atmosphere there. The room downstairs is so big that people end up staying in their corner. Too bad! Very friendly and helpful staff though!

This hostel has an extremely appealing downstairs communal area, however once you are admitted past the door that separates the downstairs area with the upstairs bedrooms it becomes very much a different picture. The living space upstairs is cramped, unclean and most of the lockers in the room are broken on further inspection, which does not ease the mind once you have vacated the building. The toilets are awkward with no locks and not maintained, the showers during our stay were out of order.

One of the best

very helpful stuff and great location. During hot days it is a bit tough to sleep in a dorm with more people, since there is no air conditioning.

Breakfast was okay, they only had fruit on one of the mornings. Some staff members were very nice but others seemed disinterested. The kitchen facilities were very poor which made cooking anything difficult. You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol into the hostel as they have there own bar which isn't far off normal pub prices, this defeats the purpose of a hostel for me. The 6 bed dorm was comfortable, and spacious and the common area was great. Location and wifi were excellent.

Great location. Very helpful staff. The 8 person dorm is way too cramped. Should be a 6 person dorm. Especially bad when two other people were let past security and allowed to stay in the room.

Ended up staying here for. 2 weeks - fab location and great staff with info on everything you will want to do in Buenos Aires. The rooms are a bit small but the breakfast is good and I would recommend!

Incredible staff. Good atmosphere, nice roof and air conditioning. Good neighborhood near a million bars and restaurants. Killer. Juan rules.

A really funkily designed hostel right inthe heart of Palermo. The staff are helpful, it's super secure and has a good common area which is great for socialising and meeting people.

+ Great breakfast, friendly staff - 8 bed dorm was a little cramped, smelly due to lack of ventilation and toilet / shower in one isn't always that convenient...

Such a clean hostel, cleanest best beds I have ever stayed in in a hostel. It's also super cute and decorated nice. The location is perfect. Palermo was my favorite barrio and this hostel is walking distance to all parts of palermo as well as the central road sante fe that makes it easy to access the rest of the city. The only Downside was staff who aren't that helpful or the most friendly but if you do your own research on things to do in BA I highly recommend staying here !!

Really good! Thanks:)
