A big pool is nice and the tropical garden surrounding the hotel is a great sight itself :-) But the barnhouse restaurant is overpriced and their green curry has so few spices that it is not even green. But in Tumlun restaurant next to hotels gate you will have good value for money :-)

very beautiful, authentic feel hostel and good value for money. excellent sized pool that we weren't expecting. for breakfast there was a good spread however depending on when you turned up the hot food could be quite cold by then. actually decided to stay again following our first stay. wifi was excellent even at the pool, efficient travel booking although we found much cheaper deals when on the street. would definitely recommend. only absolute bad review is that there was only one plug socket

Stayed at the Eco resort with 2 friends and was very pleased! 4 bed dorm was lovely and spacious, comfortable beds with decent air con. Spotlessly clean with a maid service and new towels every day. Location could be better but only a short tuk tuk ride from all the main spots. Amazing pool but not a sociable hostel where you can meet people...great for a chilled couple of nights!

The Breakfast was really, it's very handy being so close to the train station. It's a really good place to stay for a few nights. It would have been good to have mosquito nets in dorm rooms as you will get bitten everywhere! The pool is also seriously lush on a hot day.

The bathrooms weren't cleaned frequently. The room for four only had two charger plugs which was a bit of a hassle. It was a bit of a walk away from Chiang Mai central.

Decent place to chill. Good facilities (WIFI, AC, pool, restaurant, etc...), but no good common area, kind of out of the way, expensive. Definitely a resort with some dorm rooms instead of a proper hostel.
