It was the perfect place to stay in Ghent. I enjoyed every minute of it. Especially lying about on deck in the sun :-)

This houseboat has been done amazingly well. It's a great chilled out place that doesn't really feel like a boat. For example, there are plenty of toilets and showers, bigger and better quality than most hostels! It is a little bit out of the city, so not the most convenient place, but the novelty/boat factor makes up for it

It wasn't too far from the city centre, anyways it's worth giving up a little location to stay on a boat. Staff was helpful and friendly and I had a wonderful stay there.

It is not as far from the centrum as it seems on a map. You can park there for free. Although it is a boat, the showers and toilets were modern. Only problem is that it was too cold. It was -2 outside and we were freezing inside, even with the covers. Take two blankets if it is winter!

Had a nice stay overall. Really appreciated the eco-aspect of the hostel. It's so great to see the hostel make the effort. Would've appreciated some hand-soap in the bathrooms. And the sinks in the bathrooms look modern and stylish, but have quite a narrow edge, so when doing make-up, it's difficult to put things out. I wonder if a shelf beside the sink were possible? anyway, this is very minor of course.

Originial hostel we didn't felt welcome by the staff. They didn't welcome us when we arrived, our key was on the desk, that's no problem at all. But they didn't told us that breakfast was till 10:30. Their response was that it was written on one the chalkboards. When my friend asked for an extra blanket (it's really cold on the boat) the men reacted very unfriendly. When I mentioned this when we checked out (in a friendly way) They didn't even an apologize.

Really nice place, it's on a boat!! which is cool. Very clean beds and showers, nice common room, good breakfast. Everything was perfect. It's not that close to the city center (15-20 min walk) but that's just being nitpicky. Overall great place, one of the cleanest hostel's I've stayed in.

Very beautiful hostel. Good showers. In the winter with -10° outside, it is rather cold inside. There is not much contact with the staff: they give you the key and the rest is written on the walls.

Staying on a boat was great, though albeit pricey. Freezing cold on the corridors.
