Excellent Hostel. The only think is that you need to catch a tram to center but it's only 2 ou 3 stations, you can go walk also.

Gah! The number of amazing things I can say about this hostel is too great to fit here. I'm traveling in the off season so there were only a couple other guests, but I enjoyed the privacy, and certainly enjoyed having wonderful chats with the owner, a devoted and friendly hostel owner. Stay here, I promise you won't regret it! (PS, AWESOME Showers!!!)Gah! The number of amazing things I can say about this hostel is too great to fit here. this new hostel is great. The rooms are spotless, well decorated, and comfortable. The breakfast is amzing they ffer fresh fruit at breakfast.
The owner is young and enthusiastic. She has some very good tips on travel too.
My best stay in ahostel in 9 months.

In terms of facilities this hostel was amazing. Super comfy beds, great showers and good breakfast! Location is a bit out of the way and the dude who was on duty that weekend was utterly useless. forgot to turn on the water at night! I mean come on!In terms of facilities this hostel was amazing. I am very disappointed with Ecohostel.
I have booke my stay on the night before leaving home and, for my surprise, I was informed the hostel has mistakenly authorized the cureent user of my booked room to stay longer.
They not only failed to verify the room status before authorizing the other guests to stay, but also they failed to handle the situation. Since they double booked, they should have cover all my costs and time on finding another hotel. Really amateursI am very disappointed with Ecohostel.

This is THE place to stay in Ghent. It's not everyday that you can sleep on a barge in a canal - let alone one with super comfortable beds, organic breakfast, great bathrooms and super clean.
