Very good location, just outside Munich, near a s-bahn station very well served. You can reach the city center in just about 20 minutes. Plus it's in a quiet and nice neighbourhood. The underground parking lot isn't free but it's 5/4€ per night. The rooms are very large, the bed are comfortable and the bathroom is clean and well functioning.

Excellent place to stay in. Sits nicely a few hundred metres away from an S-Bahn station (neuabing) on the outskirts of the city. Takes about 20 minutes on the s-bahn to the city centre. Stayed in an ensuite 4 single bedded room. TV inside the room. There's a McDonald's just beside the hotel. They would assist you in buying tickets to a bayern munich game if you're there on a gameday. Overall fully satisfied with the service here. Absolute value for money.
