Rooms quite small and if you need windows open in the summer the noise outside can be loud. The room was very clean and had all the basics you need with an excellent breakfast and good central location.

Didn't like the fact that the check out time is at 10am and the check in is after 3pm!
We were very tired because we had taken an early flight from London and that implied not sleeping more than a few hours. It came as a shock when they told us we could only use our rooms after 3pm.This was due to a lack of room cleaning staff.

It is not acceptable that in case of room changes your guest will not be informed in time and the staff will bundle his personal things.

The hostel is great. Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, functional style and all pretty new. Fantastic location, really close to the city centre. The staff at reception are very friendly (can't say the same about the bar staff...) The only negative thing is that we didn't get our bathroom cleaned during our 5-day stay (and it wouldn't have hurt...)

Super breakfast.
Could do with taller lockers in the dorms, and there were only six lockers for eight beds in our dorm. Although I paid a 10% deposit to you, the hostel computer showed no record of this and they charged me the full amount. After querying this I got a refund, but I wonder if there is blip of some sort between the two computer systems.
