We booked and confirmed online. When we arrived we were told they did not have any rooms even though we showed them our confirmed reservation. We finally found a place that was horrible. Don't ever book with them online as you might not have a room and will get charged for it. Working on getting a refund which I better get.

Full of character, really looks like a castle, just like on the photos! Very helpful and nice staff. It's little outside of the center of Puerto Ayora, perfect if you want quiet nights. It's 10 minutes walk to town or you can use bicycles supplied.
