Just stay one night, taxi from airport to hostel in the night was $7, and the next morning return to airport was $6.

The staff at El Centro del Mundo is extremely accommodating and helpful. The staff is the best part of the hostel. Great location, too. Should I return to Quito, I would certainly go back there! Recommended.
