A really good hostel with a chilled out atmosphere. Good breakfast, internet, towls and sheets all free. Relaxed communal area. Rooms comfortable with lockers. Very near the main street Florentina. El hostal es super acogedor, es un lugar muy bueno para descansar despuès de un dìa lleno de actividades. El Staff del Hostel es muy preocupado de todo lo que te haga falta y te da todas las facilidades para que tu estadía sea lo mejor posible.
Es cierto que en ocasiones puede ser un poco ruidoso, pero es un detallito.Ojala todos puedan comprobar pronto lo buen lugar que es El Firulete, en pleno centro del gran Buenos Aires... un abrazo

Great hostel! clean, centrally located, nice staff, comfortable beds. The location is probably the best in Buenos Aires - central and close to everything. Myself and two friends were held at gunpoint by two armed robbers that broke into the hostel one night. We are not sure how they got in, whether they smashed the door in or went in behind someone else. One girl had everything taken. Luckily noone was hurt. Other than than that the hostel was very nice!
