Great location. Helpful staff that point out all the best sights and restaurant locations on a map. Bathroom facilities extremely clean!

Very good place to stay. Wooden Bunk Beds, so not shaky. VERY good Bathrooms and very clean. Nice Kitchen and places to hang around. A little bit remote, but 10 minutes to all the places of interest. Would definitely recommend!

This is a great hostel with an excellent and very helpful staff. I really liked everything about this hostel, but one thing - the internet connection was very bad. It may not be a big deal for you, but for those who work remotely, it may present a problem.

Very friendly staff and easy to socialise and meet other guests there. Rooms were spacious and along with the bathrooms were modern very clean. Big lockers were a plus. Breakfast was also above average. The staff even helped us carry our bags upstairs - (thanx Debra n Goyo with nice hair). Had a great stay n would recommend.

Everything was great with personalized, attentive service and a warm, relaxed atmosphere. The building was also beautifully arrayed. My only grievance was the generally capricious nature of the hot water, but that's understandable given the antique dwelling.

I bit more expensive for the private room, but totally worth it! Couldn't fault this place, staff were excellent, location was great. We saw a sick pigeon in the street and they're going to try and nurse it back to health! Look. Out for it if you're going there!

El Granado has been the best hostel we've stayed in on our travels so far in Europe. It seems almost more like a hotel than a hostel. We stayed in a private room which had its own bathroom and kitchen, although we did notice nice communal kitchen facilities. There was also a lovely central courtyard where you could relax. The staff were so friendly you couldn't ask for better.

We loved it! Gregorio gave us great tips about what to visit and where to get the best tapas. Centrally located, walking distance to the cathedral (5 minutes). The hostel is cute and calm, good for travellers that need to rest :)

Absolutely the most beautiful hostel I've ever stayed at. The private apartment was gorgeous. I wish I could live here year round.

Lovely hostel with fantastic facilities and wonderful staff who go out of their way to help you. Unfortunately it was lacking any social atmosphere when I was there so not great as a solo traveller. Otherwise everything was perfect, would stay again.

The rooms are very clean and modern with very big lockers, but the bunks are triples and thus a little cramped. The owner is friendly and helpful, but there was a super surly guy who seemed to be an employee hanging around the common room most of the time which gave it kind of an uninviting atmosphere. Additonally, the staff weren't 100% helpful on getting alhambra tickets—they had no idea that you can often buy them shortly in advance on ticketmaster.

Loved it!! Fredrik and his cohorts have created a haven of gracious hospitality. Clean rooms, great bathrooms, good breakfast, safe, a reasonable walk from the train station, quick walk to town center with connections to anywhere you want to go, lots of eating options --- and the ever helpful staff! It made my stay in Granada very special. Best wishes for every success
