It was a really beautiful experience in El Granado. The staff is amazing and lovely. They help you with you need and want. You can walk from there until the most important places in Granada and it is easy to find, when you arrive. It is really clean and the atmosphere is cozy and perfect to relax. =) I recommend El Granado and I will come back, if I have another opportunity to go to Granada! =D

El Granado is hands down best hostel I've stayed in! Freddy is super helpful (ask him for a map) in helping you find your way around Granada-whether it's bars, sights, clubs, or places to dance. It's a bit far from la Alahambra (about 25 min walking), but within 5 minutes of great tapas bars and a market area. Easy to find, clean, reasonably priced-it's a great place to stay! Don't take my word for it-see it out for yourself!

I really enjoyed my stay, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hostel is in a good location, it's pretty easy to find and it's easy walking distance fro, everything including the Alhambra. Just lacks and oven. Thanks for a great stay!

In just over two months travelling across Europe (roughly 15-20 hostels) El Granado was categorically the best. The pleasant staff (Freddy, Niko and Lena) were all exceptionally and unceasingly helpful and the hostel facilites were all one could ask for (clean, peaceful, good shower facilites and reliable wi-fi). The location is a convenient 15 minute walk from the Alhambra and the staff (particularly owner/ manager Freddy) were always willing to go out of their way to accomodate your stay.
