Pros: Centrally located, but found out later other hostels are in even better areas. The garden part of the hostel is very nice Cons: No lockers for security and some random guy opened a door I didn't know existed in my room. Annoying cat trying to get into my room and crawl in bed, should warn guests as I'm allergic. Not very clean, used bandaid on ground next to my bed, mold and/or dirt all over bathroom and dried urine on toilet seat. Winter time, no guests but not their fault.

Very friendly staff. They will do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Lots of open area to mingle with your friends or with other travellers. Very good breakfast. Good value for my money.

Very secure. Few blocks walk from a main square. Kitchen a little cluttered and fridge needed to be cleaned out. Well equipped though. Clean bathrooms. The 6 bed dorm a little cramped. Only 4 lockers for 6 people. Breakfast - cake, bread, fruit, yoghurt, tea/coffee. Nice outside socialising space. 2 little playful cats (no dog). No pool (stayed during winter time. Maybe they have it in summer).

Great hostel with pleasant staff. No staff member speaks English though. Location is great and very secure. Breakfast was amazing, and they will even ask you how you'd like your eggs :) only downside was the cats (one of us has an allergy), which were not mentioned in the description. Common areas are plentiful but no real place to relax. Need to be sitting up all the time. 1 hammock overall. Showers are fantastic. Brilliant pressure and temperature.

Great value for the money. A nice selection for breakfast every morning and staff even offers to cook you eggs! They are friendly, warm people. It's in a convenient location to the sites and nightlife in downtown Asunción and kept clean. There could be more or larger common areas to lounge in and the pool would be more inviting if it was cleaner. Other than that this is a great backpacker hostel.

Such a nice stay and especially if you speak Swedish this is such a nice option since the owners are happy to talk to you in perfect Swedish. Everyone is super helpful, the breakfast includes scrambled eggs which is amazing and the hang out area really opens up for nice conversation. Maybe the beds aren't that great but it doesn't really matter since everything else is!
