The bathrooms are in dire need of cleaning. Did not even want to stand in them. Plus the cleaning service only comes when you check out so the floors are always covered in sand and very dirty which gets into your bed. Overall not a good value for money. Staff is too busy watching videos to be of any help. They also close the kitchen early which cuts off your access to clean drinking water which you really need in a hot tropical country and doesn't reopen until 8am the next day.

Beautiful peaceful hostel. Staff were amazing. Enjoyed our stay immensely. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

I really enjoyed winding down at this hostel...it it spotless, has character, great staff and facilities and excellent dorm beds and pillows. Would recommend this as the place to stay for backpackers looking for a comfortable and mellow atmosphere in Tulum. The neighboring restaurant - La Cocina de Frida - is excellent.

Peaceful, clean, and creative hostel. It's a bit tucked away, and further down the main strip so it's much quieter that other hostels I stayed at while in Tulum. The small permaculture farm neighbours the property and provides a nice atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite. As a novice traveler I felt well taken care of here.

It was a very nice stay at this Hostel. The service of the staff is great. They are willing to help you with everything. Further, really nice beds for a hostel (normal beds instead of bunk beds). Good place to chill out and it is always possible to go later out in Tulum. In short, would recommend it!

Excellent hostel, staff are amazing - always looking to help out the guests wherever possible. Fabulous seafood restaurant across the road and taqueleria next door to that. Good communal areas but bring repellent! Needs more power points in dorm.

Large room with a hammock inside (awesome)! Friendly staff. There was no bar or restaurant, despite being advertised. Dogs were super cute and friendly!
