The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was adequate. Convenient to bus stations and downtown. We did feel a little uncomfortable walking back to the hostel at night from downtown because there was no one else on the street..
This is a Bed and Breakfast. Lovely, helpful owner. Room was nice. Breakfast was poor to average. A 5 to 10 minute walk to the main plaza. Overall a decent place to stay a night or two. Note that there was no garden to enjoy (May 2014). The owner explained that she was carrying out renovations as it was low season.
Elsie was lovely, very friendly and nice enough for our breakfast to be earlier for our bus journey The room was generally clean and the air con was good in what is the humid Merida now
Very average breakfast and yes it was cold most mornings but it's still good value for money if you're looking for a nice place with a private room. Lovely service.
Breakfast could be a little better if there were more options, we had pretty much the same breakfast everyday.

Nice and tidy place. Really want to stay here longer.
Very nice lady who took good care of my friend and I. We told her that we would be leaving the next day at 4am and she prepared a sandwich for us to bring along. Although the paint in the room was flaking, it was generally very clean and we have told her about the situation so I believe she would do something about it.
