The location is very good because the hostel is near the bus station. The area near the bus station is the most crowded place of the Nazca. It is very convenient for tourists for dine, shopping and finding travel agents.
Actually the staff and the owner are generally friendly, even though almost all of them can't really speak English, they try to help whenever it is possible especially that teenage boy. The rooms at the top got spectacular nice view of the city, I could literally see the Milky Way at night! But the room was very cold and the first day I arrived I waited 5 minutes for the hot shower then for the rest of my stay there was no more hot water until I told them I needed so they turned it on for me.
Great location in a nice area. Our double room was great value, but there should be more shared bathrooms for the number of guests. The first night we were told we had free breakfast but the second night (in the exact same room), the woman who served breakfast said it wasn´t included in the price we paid. The staff were nice but a bit disorganised.
I was unhappy with the sketchy WiFi on how it went in and out. And when I addressed this concern to the staff they told me it was my computer and I need to address it on my end... I was not pleased with this seeing as I also had two iTouches that could not connect. I also paid the extra money for a private room with a cable TV and a private bathroom. However, the TV´s cable was ripped out of the back of it and it did not work. The toilet also ran all night long.
