Dorms are open plan so a 4-bed dorm may actually end up being a 12-bed dorm. One toilet for everyone which resulted in serious queues for shower/toilet (there may be another toilet but noone used it). Unhelpful and uninterested male staff, friendly female staff. Lots of cleaning going on but the place is very dusty, the private room particularly so and it had damp on the wall. Excellent location in Santa Marta and they will let yo leave your heavy stuff there for trips into the park.
