Excellent value! Gladys and Mattias were very friendly and helpful. The hostel was nice, quiet, clean, beds were comfortable, it was in a good location (close to shops and beach). We would highly reccomend you stay at El Retorno. Couldn't have been better for us. Muy Bien!

We booked a deluxe double bed with private ensuite. We received a fairly ordinary 4 bed dorm with a bathroom outside the room. The room and bathroom were very clean. The owners and staff very pleasant and helpful.

El Retorno was a lovely hostel .. Friendly staff, quiet environment and comfy beds! we were greeted with big smiles and given information on tours straight away.

The staff was great: very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be that the owner took so long explaining all the tours and things to do in and around town, that we lost hors we rather would have spent enjoying the suny weather outside. Also they sometimes forgot to lock our room after cleaning, wich was not very appreciated by us as we had left computers, cellphones and valuables in the room... But overall, we would definelty recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Puerto Madryn!
